By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.- GENERAL -
Commissions are for Personal Use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
My artwork may be used for personal display such as posting on Socials with Credit but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
You can ask for minor changes and tweaks. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
I will accept commission requests that I feel best suits my style/skill area.
As I'm still a beginner, I'll give frequent updates and you can ask for minor changes then.PAYMENTS & FEES
All payments are upfront in full through the agreed platform.
I only have Paypal and NZ bank, this can be discussed further in messages!
Payments to commissions should be paid fully within 2 weeks or will be declined.
A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of $5 applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
Complexity Fee is between $5-100) for all Commissions.
If a Commissioner wishes to buy Commercial Use AFTER a commission, the prices will be: Streamer Commercial Use ($40 NZD) and Merchandise Commercial Use ($100 NZD)REVISIONS
Revisions are only available when I send updates on the art.
Once sketches are approved, further changes can be made. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 3-4 weeks depending on complexity, queue, health, school, or personal matters.
I will keep you updated if delays occur.
If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 NZD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.
Deadlines are only an estimate, as I'm a student these times may varyINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:
Promote myself and my services.
Post on social media and in my portfolio.
Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:
If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.REFUNDS
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
You may cancel before payment is made.
Once payment is received, refunds are not available.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
Result in a formal complaint against you.COMMISSIONER RIGHTSYou may:
Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
Print the art for yourself.
Post it on Social Media with a simple credit to me "@decider.exe (IG), or @applecider.exe (TikTok)"You may NOT:
Use the artwork commercially without permission.
Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
Remove signatures/watermarks.
Resell or redistribute the artwork.
Modify the artwork without my consent.
Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT
